Ordering & Payment



The easiest way to order is online, but if you would prefer to order by phone then just give us a call on 01934 522617.   Our offices are open 9-5.30 weekdays, and outside those hours you can leave a message and we'll call you back.

Please note that trade orders cannot be processed online.

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Diners Card. All cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation.  

Payment will not be debited from your card until you order is ready for dispatch. Upon debiting, we'll send you out a VAT receipt by post.

We make every effort to keep all stock information on this website up to date, but occasionally we will slip up and a product will be out of stock. If there are any delays or other problems with your order, we will be in touch straight away.


Deliveries



Our delivery charge is a flat rate of £40 for all orders to UK mainland destinations. For other destinations, please contact us for further information.

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery, although our average delivery time is around 8-9 days. If you have an urgent deadline, then get in touch - we'll do our best to meet it.

As the majority of our products are large and fairly heavy, we send out deliveries on pallets using a small truck.
Our carriers will leave the delivery wrapped on the pallet in your driveway for you to unpack in your own time, and is not able to place items in your garden or home.

Our carriers will call to notify you of delivery, usually a day or two before, and they will be able to give you an approximate time of arrival. If the delivery date is inconvenient, you can arrange with them a more suitable alternative.   Garden sculpture is usually dispatched by TNT and is boxed rather than on a pallet. In all cases, we'll need a signature to say you've received the goods.

All items ordered will be sent out together. If your order includes an item which is listed as unavailable until a certain date, your order will not be dispatched (and your credit card not debited) until that item is in stock.


Returns & Refunds



If the goods are not to your satisfaction for any reason, you may return them to us undamaged within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us, and we will arrange collection/exchange. A stock uplift/restocking charge of £30 will apply.

However, if the items arrive damaged, or we have not sent you what you ordered, then we will refund or exchange these items completely free of any additional charges. Just call us, and we’ll sort it out for you. Please note that any claim for delivery damages or dispatch errors must be made within 3 days of order receipt.


Our Guarantee



All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for 5 years from date of purchase. In addition, our planters are guaranteed frostproof for the same period. Defective items will be refunded or exchanged free of all charges, including mainland UK delivery charges.

We are happy to help if you would like further information about any of our products, or have any questions about ordering. We can also identify for you the closest garden centre which stocks the particular item/s you are after. If you need advice on suitable planting for our containers we'll be able to give some suggestions, and pre-planted pots can also be supplied to your requirements (subject to quotation).
