As a privately owned business, we care deeply that your experience of ordering and receiving goods from us is as smooth and easy as possible. 

We have an intimate knowledge of our products, and are at your disposal for advice, information, or help of any kind. Our office is open from 8.30-5.30 weekdays, and you can leave a message outside these times. 

Our Guarantee 

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for 5 years from date of purchase. In addition, our planters are guaranteed frostproof for the same period. Defective items will be refunded or exchanged free of all charges, including mainland UK delivery charges.
