At the smaller project end, IOTA aims to provide a personal and responsive service to owner-managed companies and design professionals.

IOTA's dedicated team is always available to offer advice on planter suitability and specification, planting options etc. And for extra convenience, IOTA can also supply its planters with compost, drainage material, reservoir systems, decorative aggregates and plants - all delivered together, direct to site.

IOTA’s core planter designs are held in stock in the UK, and can be delivered rapidly with no minimum order quantities. There are also no minimum order quantities for bespoke manufacture in most of IOTA’s ranges; although pricing may be quantity-dependent, and a production leadtime will apply for bespoke manufacture
