Bedford Hotel, London WC1

IOTA was contracted to deliver a new frontage to the Bedford Hotel on Southampton Row, London WC1.

Working from a design concept supplied, IOTA’s contractual responsibilities covered all other areas of delivery – survey, design, manufacture, supply and installation. The scope of works included: structural steelwork, steel sub-frame, external and internal cladding in aluminium, signage, lighting [incl. electrical design and installation] and glass canopy. IOTA was also commissioned to supply 5nr. Zintec Steel planters, powder coated to Tiger Drylac C34 to match the frontage.
