Orders can be placed online for standard sizes of Corten and powder coated steel planters, and the Boulevard planter range, but there's no facility to order custom planters online - please contact us for a quote. If you would prefer to order by phone then just give us a call on 01934 522617. Our offices are open 8.30-5.30 weekdays, and outside those hours you can leave a message and we'll call you back.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, which are subject to validation checks and authorisation. Payment will be debited from your card at the time of order.
Powder coated steel and Corten planters are made to order, and the delivery time is around 8 weeks
Boulevard planters are made to order and imported, allow up to 12 weeks. We'll confirm the delivery time when an order is received or you can contact us in advance to check.
When your order is ready for dispatch we will be in touch to let you know. All planters will be delivered on a pallet/s by a nationwide pallet delivery service. All the items on your order will be delivered together unless otherwise agreed. Our trucking company will get in touch to notify you a day ahead, and in the morning on the day of delivery you'll get a 2 hour window. If the delivery date is inconvenient, you can arrange with them a more suitable alternative. Unfortunately we cannot deliver at the weekend.
The pallet delivery charge is £50 per order (higher rates for Highlands and IOW) irrespective of the number of products. Please contact us for a delivery quote to the Channel Islands/Isle of Man. We regret that we are unable to supply to Northern Ireland/Ireland and other European or worldwide destinations.
A signature is required, unless you expressly give us permission to leave the goods at your own risk. We ask you to check the goods on arrival, and if in doing so they are taken off the pallet, then the driver may be able to take the pallet away with him, subject to space availablility but this is oftern not possible. Please note that this is a driveway/kerbside delivery service, and the driver will not be able to carry your items into position in your garden. If the goods are undamaged but not to your satisfaction for any reason, you may return them to us within 28 days for a refund. Please contact us, and we will arrange collection. A stock uplift/restocking charge of £50 will apply.
However, if the items arrive damaged, or we have not sent you what you ordered, then we will refund or exchange these items completely free of any additional charges. Just let us know, and we’ll sort it out for you. Please note that any claim for delivery damages or dispatch errors must be made within 3 days of order receipt.
Powder coated planters ordered in a custom RAL shade (i.e. not one of our standard colours) may be cancelled within two weeks of the order date without charge. Thereafter a cancellation charge of 50% applies. Custom-coloured planters are non-returnable unless defective.
To get a price for your custom requirements, please use the enquiry form on the relevant bespoke page, or here. We aim to turn around quotes within a couple of days, although complex projects will take longer. The quote will detail the cost per item, the delivery charge, the approximate delivery time, and the payment schedule.
If a quote is accepted, and once the deposit is paid (if applicable) you'll receive datailed drawings for approval before production commences.
Bespoke items are non-returnable. Please note any claim for delivery damages must be made within 3 days of order receipt.
