Placing an order

The easiest way to order is online, but if you would prefer to order by phone then just give us a call on 01934 522617.   Our offices are open 8.30-5.30 weekdays, and outside those hours you can leave a message and we'll call you back.

Please note that trade orders cannot be processed online.

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Diners Card. All cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation.   Payment will not be debited from your card until your order is ready for dispatch.

We make every effort to keep all stock information on this website up to date, but occasionally we slip up and a product will be out of stock. If there are any delays or other problems with your order, we will be in touch straight away.


We offer a pallet delivery service for large and/or weighty planters, and a courier service for smaller lightweight items. The service that applies is shown in the ‘Delivery’ tab on each product page 

Pallet delivery - large or heavy planters

If your pots are large or heavy, they will be delivered on a pallet by our dedicated delivery service. If your order combines ‘courier delivery’ and ‘pallet delivery’ items, then pallet delivery will apply. All the items on your order will be delivered together. 

The pallet delivery charge is £40 per order (higher rates for Highlands and IOW) irrespective of the number of products. Please contact us for quotes to the Channel Islands/Isle of Man/Ireland. We regret that we are currently unable to supply to European/worldwide destinations.

In general please allow up to 10 working days, although our average delivery time is around 6 days. If you have an urgent deadline, then get in touch - we'll do our best to meet it. 

Powder coated steel and Corten planters are made to order, and the delivery time is around 8 weeks.

Boulevard planters are imported to order, allow up to 8 weeks (although often less). We'll let you know the expected delivery time when an order is received.

Our trucking company will get in touch to notify you of delivery a day ahead, when they will be able to give you an approximate time of arrival. If the delivery date is inconvenient, you can arrange with them a more suitable alternative. Unfortunately we cannot deliver at the weekend. 

A signature is required, unless you expressly give us permission to leave the goods in your driveway, at your own risk. We ask you to check the goods on arrival, and if in doing so they are taken off the pallet, then the driver may be able to take the pallet away with him, subject to space availablility.  Please note that this is a driveway/kerbside delivery service, and the driver will not be able to carry your items into position in your garden. 

Courier Delivery - lightweight planters

If you are ordering smaller, lightweight products they will be delivered by a courier service.  The delivery charge is £6 per item.

If your order combines ‘courier delivery’ and ‘dedicated delivery’ items, then dedicated delivery will apply.  All the items on your order will be delivered together. This applies to UK mainland destinations only, and we regret that we are currently unable to supply to the island of Ireland or to European/worldwide destinations.

Please allow up to 6 working days for courier delivery, although our average delivery time is around 4 days. If you have an urgent deadline, then get in touch - we'll do our best to meet it. You will be notified when your goods have left our warehouse for delivery the following day, and will be given a tracking number for your parcel. A signature will be required, so if you are not at home a card will be left allowing you to arrange re-delivery.  Saturday delivery is available for an extra charge – please call us if you would like this service.

Returns & Refunds

If the goods are undamaged but not to your satisfaction for any reason, you may return them to us within 28 days for a refund. Please contact us, and we will arrange collection. A stock uplift/restocking charge of £30 will apply to pallet-delivered items; or £5 each for carrier-delivered items.

However, if the items arrive damaged, or we have not sent you what you ordered, then we will refund or exchange these items completely free of any additional charges. Just let us know, and we’ll sort it out for you. Please note that any claim for delivery damages or dispatch errors must be made within 3 days of order receipt.

Powder coated planters ordered in a custom RAL shade (i.e. not one of our standard colours) may be cancelled within two weeks of the order date without charge. Thereafter a cancellation charge of 50% applies.  Custom-coloured planters are non-returnable unless defective.
