IOTA is a leading UK-based bespoke manufacturer, serving the landscape and construction industries, with a strategic focus on sheet metal fabrication. All of our work is bespoke: we do not hold stock of standard designs, and nor do we market ‘product system solutions’. Within this niche, we believe that IOTA sets the standard.
We are often very happy to quote on smaller orders. However, IOTA’s core business is to deliver on larger, more complex projects; and we have, over many years, built the skills and capabilities to deliver on such projects. IOTA’s median Total Contract Value is typically around £30-40k, with several projects each year being in the £100-200k range; and the largest contracts delivered by IOTA to-date have been in excess of £700k at current prices.
IOTA’s client list speaks both to the quality of what we supply, and to our track record of delivery. We have worked on many schemes by top architects and designers such as Foster + Partners, Tom Stuart-Smith Studio and Andy Sturgeon Design; and we have delivered on many high profile – and highly challenging – briefs, such as for 1 Hotel Mayfair, Bloomberg, Lots Road Power station, plus multiple projects for Oxford University and the City of London Corporation.
IOTA’s business is broadly based, but our reputation is strongest within the Public Realm and Commercial sectors. We are happy to supply Private Residential schemes, but these tend to be at the high end.
