Returns & Refunds


If the goods are undamaged but not to your satisfaction for any reason, you may return them to us within 28 days for a refund. Please contact us, and we will arrange collection. A stock uplift/restocking charge of £40 will apply to pallet-delivered items; or £6 each for carrier-delivered items. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are sufficiently well protected that they arrive back with us in resaleable condition.  Custom made planters (including any powder coated steel, custom sizes in Corten, custom colours in Boulevard) are non-returnable.

However, if the items arrive damaged, or we have not sent you what you ordered, then we will refund or exchange these items completely free of any additional charges. Just let us know, and we’ll sort it out for you. Please note that any claim for delivery damages or dispatch errors must be made within 3 days of order receipt.
