Notting Dale Village is a new business campus, comprising three seven-storey buildings, set around the focal point of the central Sculpture Park. These three blocks – the Yellow Building, the White Building and the Studio Building – offer open-plan floorplates to establish flexible new workplaces totaling more than 300,000 square feet. They are supplemented by a restaurant at the scheme’s centre; and future phases will include a residential building, a hotel, and a mixed-use building comprising office, light industrial, retail and residential uses. The development has included a substantial investment in communal event spaces and public art, celebrating the site’s history as an area once known for its piggeries, brick works, slum housing and Frestonia (an anarchist commune).
