Bespoke planters for the private terraces of the luxury suites, and the Green Park Penthouse, on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors of 1 Hotel Mayfair.
The planters included integrated privacy screens, of an innovative and sculptural design; and the specification of all works was of the highest standard, as would be expected.
In addition to 1 Hotel Mayfair, IOTA has supplied several of London’s most iconic and prestigious hotels – including The Lanesborough, Rosewood London, and The Langham.

Bespoke Zinc planters were commissioned for the John Madejski garden, at the heart of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
The planters are faced with Zinc sheet, clad over a robust Steel internal planter. The Zinc was supplied pre-patinated by hand, and the finish will continue to age naturally over time.

Bespoke lead tree planters were commissioned for the five-star, multi-award-winning Adare Manor Hotel in Co. Limerick, Ireland.
The large tree planters were manufactured from 3.15mm thick Lead, clad onto a structural Stainless Steel subframe, the largest planters weighing 369 kg.

IOTA was commissioned to design, manufacture and install bespoke architectural metalwork at the Globe View Riverside Walk.
Scope of Works included: bespoke handrail, featuring a hand-twisted fin arrangement and Cumaru capping; robust yet sculptural anti-sleeper fins; and expanded metal mesh lighting surrounds, creating a ‘liquid ripple’ display of coloured light to the ceiling of the walkway.

Bespoke steel planters were commissioned for Buxmead – a ‘super-prime’ residential development on The Bishops Avenue in Hampstead, London N2.
A total of 91 planters were supplied, in a variety of designs and configurations, and are located throughout the gardens and terraces of the development.
The largest planters supplied, which include LED under-lighting, create a sense of arrival at the main Concierge and Reception. The planters are parallelogram in form and of dims. L 5300 x W 1600 x H 700mm; and include watertight reservoirs for large, spherical water features by David Harber.

Bespoke Aluminium planters were commissioned for the frontage of a private residence on Holland Park, London W11.
The design objective of the scheme was to create a decorative privacy screen, harmonious with pre-existing elements of the frontage. A matching Magnolia White colour was used for the planters; and the planters were exactly tailored to the space created by existing walkways, perimeters, and mosaic paving.
