However, we are always happy to assist architects, designers and specifiers with budgetary input; and with advice as to how their conceptual designs might be refined or developed, and/or value-engineered into more practical, cost-effective solutions.
In addition, the Specifiers Area of our website, and the Projects section, offer a wealth of advice and inspiration to designers and specifiers, based on IOTA’s extensive past project experience.
Finally, IOTA does offer a range of standalone chargeable services [such as structural, measured and levels surveying services, and Structural Engineer evaluation], which can form part of pre-contract statutory compliance filings / applications.
Once contracted, IOTA offers a complete manufacturing design service, to deliver whatever the conceptual design brief envisages.

All Operatives have industry recognised Health & Safety qualifications, and comprehensive site training including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
