IOTA was contracted to design and build a new frontage to the Bedford Hotel on Southampton Row, London WC1.
Works included structural steelwork, external cladding, internal cladding to entrance lobby, Bedford Hotel signage, glass canopy, and electrical design and installation for lighting to cladding, signage and entrance arch.
Full Design & Build [D&B] contract.
IOTA was contracted to design and build an edge protection solution at height, for multiple terraces on the new Fifty Paddington mixed-use building.
The solution involved the design, manufacture, supply and installation of 154 linear metres of planters with integrated balustrades.
In addition, IOTA’s responsibilities included: hire and oversee specialist lifting contractor, and attend to all statutory and site requirements [e.g. Westminster City Council approvals and licences].

IOTA was contracted to design and build bespoke illuminated cladding, planters and benching for the Mercure Paignton Hotel, Paignton, Devon.
The structural cladding was of Powder Coated Stainless Steel; with Polished Brass cladding to accentuate the lighting shadow gaps, and the illuminated stair risers.
The cladding design also included details such as safety folds [where accessible to the public], and sacrificial sections to allow for on-site tolerance adjustments.
